Project Management
As a project manager, you're the bridge between our customers and freelance translators. You'll be responsible for your own customers and manage our relationship with them as well as projects from your portfolio companies. Projects can vary from minor to major, long-term projects. You'll oversee the whole process from drafting an offer to delivering the final product to the customer at the specified quality and profitability levels. The job as project manager is therefore an interplay of many different skills - both linguistic, technical, cultural and commercial.
As a project manager, you will join a project management team that works very closely together. Team members support each other and chip in with tasks whenever necessary. The team set-up fosters a very open environment, conducive to knowledge sharing, dialogue, and sparring.

coordination of translation projects into various languages
contact with Danish and international customers and translators
language consultancy for customers
deploy the latest language technology and AI tools
Who are you?
We envision you having a relevant qualification at bachelor’s or master's level or similar qualification. This could be in languages or communications, though an IT or financial background with a passion for languages and project management is also desirable. Furthermore, we expect that you:
speak and write English fluently
can work out of our office in Tilst, Aarhus
possess a strong general understanding of how languages work
have robust IT skills – knowledge of translation tools and/or AI is an advantage
are customer-focused, effective at communication, with sound business sense
are a team player and have a positive and can-do attitude
have a commercial mindset and understand that the perfect project is a balance of excellent service and quality and good financial sense
are adaptable, solution-focused, and proactive in managing tasks
work in a structured manner and can keep a sense
