1: How do I log in?
Enter the address https:/plunet.worldtranslation.dk in your internet browser and use the user name sent to you by World Translation to log in. When you log in for the first time, please also use the password sent to you by World Translation. For subsequent logins, please use a password you have selected yourself.
2 : What do I do if I have incorrectly entered my password several times and can no longer log in?
Send an email to your preferred contact at World Translation. We will then email you a new password as quickly as we can.
3 : How and to where do I upload my files?
When you request a quote or place an order, you can, in step 3 (“Project Files”), upload the source documents into the source folder and the reference material into the reference folder. Click on the respective folder symbol and then search your computer for the desired files or use the drag & drop function to move the files to the folder.
4 : What services can I order in the customer portal?
You can order all our services via the customer portal. The only important thing is to state exactly in the “Description/Message” field under a quote request or order creation what you would like to order and what we should take into consideration with the project. If your enquiry doesn’t contain a language combination, please upload your documents into the reference folder.
5 : Where do I find a specific order?
6 : Why, with my enquiry, is there no folder for the source language into which I can upload my files?
It is likely that under step 2 (“Languages”), you have not indicated any language combinations. Click on “Back” and select the desired language combination(s) from the drop-down list. After you have added the language combination(s), you can now see the symbol for the source folder under step 3 (“Project files”) and can upload your files there.
If your enquiry contains no language combination, upload your files to the reference folder.
7 : Where do I find the delivered files?
You will always receive a personal email from us that contains the processed files or a link from which to download them.
If you have accidentally deleted the email, or cannot open the attachment for security reasons, you will also find the delivered files directly in the customer portal under the specific order. On your dashboard, scroll down to the heading “Orders”. Click on “Delivered documents” and check the list displayed for the order number. If your order appears in the list, you can click directly on the download folder and download the files delivered. If the order you are looking for does not appear in the list, please enter the order number in the “Order number” field and then click on the arrow to the right of the field. This will take you directly to the order details for the order you are looking for and you will find the delivered files under “Project files | Target folder”.
8 : How do I order an assignment?
Under “Create a request” on your dashboard, you can either request a quote or place an order. Select the appropriate option from the drop-down list.
The difference between the two options is that, with “Request a quote”, you will initially receive from us a quote that you can then confirm, whereas we start processing the order as soon as you have selected the “Place order” option.
In addition, you will find all the quotes we have prepared for you under “Quotes” on your dashboard. This is where you can order an assignment by clicking on “Quotes” and then either clicking on “Place order” in the summary under “Status”, or clicking on the relevant quote number (Q-XXXX) and then placing the order directly in the quote details.
9: How do I request a quote?
You can request a quote directly on your dashboard under “Create a request”. Simply select “Request a quote” from the drop-down list and complete all the relevant information. By clicking on “Request a quote” during step 4 (“Summary”), you send the enquiry to us.
10: Where do I view the status of a specific item of an order?
11: Where can I see a summary of my current orders?
All your current orders are listed under “Orders” on your dashboard. This is where you can choose between orders in progress and delivered orders. Either click on “In progress” or on “Delivered orders” to access the summary you’d like to view.
12: Where can I see a summary of previous orders?
A summary of previous orders can be found under “Orders | Status Report – Orders”. Select the desired period, highlight “All” under “Status” and then click on “Update search”. Under “Result” you will then see a summary of all your orders.
13: Where can I see the translation volume for a specific period?
A summary of the translation volume for a specific period can be found under “Orders | Status Report – Orders”. Select the desired period, highlight “All” under “Status” and then click on “Update search”. Please note that the drop-down list provides various options for defining the desired period, such as “Period (Order creation date)” and “Period (Item delivered on)”.
Under “Result” you will then see a summary of all your orders in the period selected, including quotes. You can also see a summary below this of the translation volume per month.
14: Can I also upload new files for an enquiry I have already created?
Yes, if the enquiry is still on your dashboard and has not already been further processed by us. Please inform your project manager if you add new files to the folder.
If a quote has already been provided for the enquiry or it has reached the order stage, the accompanying order number will change. If you want to add new files to the order, please send an email to your project manager with the relevant files.
15: Can I save my standard languages in the enquiry form?
