World Translation’s Data Processing Agreement
Our data processing agreement is an integral part of World Translation’s Terms and Conditions, unless the Customer has entered into a superseding written master agreement with World Translation, in which case it forms a part of such written agreement. The data processing agreement has been pre-signed on behalf of World Translation. The data processing agreement is available for download for counter-signing.
To complete the data processing agreement, the Customer must:
1) Complete the information in the “Data controller” signature section;
2) Complete the information in the “Data controller” contact information section;
3) Complete the information in the “Data importer” signature section;
4) Submit the completed and signed data processing agreement via gdpr@worldtranslation.com, indicating the company name and contact information.
Once we receive a validly completed and counter-signed data processing agreement at gdpr@worldtranslation.com, the data processing agreement becomes legally binding for World Translation and the Customer.
We will provide the Customer with an email confirming receipt of the counter-signed data processing agreement and stating the effective date of the data processing agreement.
